The Search for the Happiest Pinoy, a project of the Cebuana Lhuillier Insurance Solutions (CLIS), is a nationwide campaign that aims to rekindle the values of optimism, resilience and hope in Filipinos amidst the global economic crisis. CLIS highlights the positive things that come with obtaining quality and affordable insurance security, peace of mind and ultimately, happiness.
The search aims to find the happiest Pinoy who has:

1. an optimistic outlook in life
2. a cheerful disposition
3. a proven ability to rise above life's challenges
4. a positive impact in the lives of others

Out of 90 million Filipinos and over 200 nominations, 1 stood out as the Happiest Pinoy. Winston Maxino, a corporate executive, was conferred the Happiest Pinoy title at the awarding ceremonies on February 17, 2010.

The Happiest Pinoy received P200,000.00, a plaque and 3days/2nights stay in Le Soleil de Boracay for 4. Four runners-up received P25,000 each, a plaque and gift packages from Just Jewels Philippines.
