Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation, Inc. marked Independence Day with the second Resilienserye episode, “Kalayaan Mula sa Poot: Managing Anger for Resilience.” CLFI Executive Director Jonathan D. Batangan highlighted anger management as a form of emotional freedom, sharing tools like breathing exercises, thought reframing, the SOS method, forgiveness, and humor. He also led a live meditation and invited participants to a 21-day mindfulness challenge. The session tied personal resilience to national liberation.
